우리나라는 21세기에 들어 지방자치에 따른 지역 문화 향유를 위한 문화시설 확충이 활발해졌 는데 특히 각 국가기관 소속 지방 국립박물관이 급속히 건립되었다 하지만 박물관이 양적으로 증가하는 동시에 우리나라는 환경의 변화로 지역의 박물관은 실질적으로 어려움에 당면하게 되었다. 문화체육관광부는 지역박물관을 활성화하고자 방향을 제시하고 실천 방안을 체계적으로 예시하고있다 박물관 및 미술관 진흥법의 변화와 지방자치법은 지역박물관의 노력을 요구하고 있다 또한 그 실천 현장은 평가인증을 통해 점검하고 있다 국가적 노력 속에서 지역박물관은 국민과 지역을 위해 동시에 활동할 수밖에 없는 환경이므로 박물관 스스로 국립적 입장, 지역과 상생할 수 있는 커뮤니티 및 지역사회를 동시에 고려하게 되었다 이 과정에서 다양한 운영 형태가 나타나며 지역에서 국립박물관이 해야 할 역할에 대해 고민해 보게 되었다 결국 각 박물관이 적합한 조직과 운영에 따라 박물관을 조성해 나갈 때 지역사회와 커뮤니티를 고려하며 사회와 순환 체계를 이룰 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
Korean local autonomy has been divided into regional cultural facilities and cultural facilities have been built, especially museums of each national institution. When the number of base stations increases quantitatively, there is a local population, and due to environmental conditions such as an aging population, local base stations naturally face many difficulties. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is providing directions and systematically providing examples of action plans to revitalize local museums. Changes in the Museum Promotion Act and the Local Autonomy Act are demanding efforts from local museums. In addition, the implementation is checked through evaluation and certification. In a national effort, local museums have no choice but to work simultaneously for the people and the region, so the museum itself has to consider the national position and the community that can coexist with the region at the same time. In this process, various operational forms emerged, and this study is about the role of national museums in the region. In the end, when each museum establishes its own identity and can form a museum according to the organization and operation appropriate for this, it will take the local community into consideration and form a permanent circulation system with society.
