The purpose of this study is to investigate issues of Korean Standard Pronunciation in phonological viewpoint. There are two problems for Korean Standard Pronunciation in phonological viewpoint : (1) phonological list (2) phonological fluctuation. In relation with problems of phonological list, firstly consonant list and vowel list must be arranged in systematic and scientific viewpoint secondly. It is necessary to mark correct phonetic value in Korean Standard Pronunciation. In relation with problems of phonological fluctuation, I make mentioned the problems of its systematic and content issue of the current Korean Standard Pronunciation.
