‘/ㄴ/의 /ㄹ/ 되기’ 발음 실태 연구 -표준 발음법과 언어 현실의 문제를 중심으로-

Abstract

This study is on Subsection 20 of Section 2 "Standard Pronunciation" of Standard Korean Rules. Indefinite standards on a language may cause a problem with communication between tellers and listene rs. This study was conducted to examine these problems in terms of the phonological rules and to review the actual pronunciation and then find out the reasons. The results of this study are as follows: First, when the ‘ㄹ’ and ‘ㄴ’ come together, the ‘ㄴ’ is pronounced as ‘ㄹ’. Second, the largest reason that a consonant is pronounced differently is probably that a teller has [±OLD] pronunciation information about the words which seem to be individual and arbitrary elements and third, while a language system changes into a new system, such confusion of pronunciation is increased.
