삼자애국운동의 관점에서 바라본 당·국가 통전구조변화의 함의- 시진핑 시기 종교사무국의 위치변화를 중심으로

2018년 봄 기존 국무원 종교사무국이 폐지되고 통전부 2국 산하 국가종교사무국으로 조직 개편되었다. 이러한 조직개편은 중국개신교의 관점에서 바라보면 적지 않은 변화를 예고하고 있다. 원래 삼자운동은 1860년 리버플 선교사대회 이후 서방의 동아시아선교전략에서 비롯된 것이다. 본 연구는 다음 세 가지 질문에서 출발한다. 첫째, 이러한 서방의 삼자운동이 어떻게 중국에 토착화되었지? 둘째, 또 이러한 맥락이 개혁개방 전후의 중국에서 어떠한메카니즘으로 개신교영역을 중심으로 한 국가·종교·사회 관계를 형성해 왔는지? 셋째, 이번 조직개편이 이러한 관계에 최근 몇 년간 어떠한 변화를 예고하고 있는지? 본 글은 이들 세 가지 질문에 대해 중국의 삼자애국운동위원회의 관점에서 분석해 보는 것이 목적이다
Abstract
the China state council of religious affairs was abolished in the spring of 2018. the year 2018 Spring and beyond, that council has gone reorganization and renamed “China state bu reau of religious affairs” under PRC’s united front department umbrella. this organizational restructuring signals a major shift in Mainland China Protestant Area. Originally Christian Three Self Movement have proceed from the Western Mis sionary Strategy of East Asia after 1860 Liverpool Missionary Conference. This paper begins with next three question. first, How have Western Three Self movement naturalized in main land china? second, what kinds of religion state and society relationship has this context made in Chinese protestant Area before and after China’s reform and opening up? third, what meaning does this organizational restructuring have in These years? this paper aimed at getting the answer of above three question and taking the long view of CTPMC (Chinese Three Self Patriotic Movement Committee) current position.
