문화의 생성과 변화에는 개인의 다양한 경험과 기억의 공유, 학습의 전이 등이 영향을 미치고, 이는 일터라는 우리 삶의 양가성을 드러내는 공간에서도 예외일 수는 없다. 일터는 우리에게 생존과 노동의 공간이지만 동시에 나다움의 발현을 돕는 인격의 재형상화 공간이며, 체화된 학습으로 문화의 인지를 가능하게 하여 문화를 재상산하는 공간이기도 하다. 그런 까닭에 일터에는 문화인지적 학습과 상호작용의 결과 발생하는 감정, 의례가 중요한 리듬으로 자리할 수밖에 없다. 이에 본 연구에서는 일터라는 실천적 공간에서 이루어지는 문화인지적 학습을 리듬분석 방법으로 파악하고, 이를 통해 조직의 정체성을 이해하는 계기를 마련하고자 한다. 이를 위한 사례 연구 대상은 드라마 ‘미생’에 등장하는 일터이다. 드라마 ‘미생’은 현실의 기업 조직의 모습을 현실적으로 묘사하여 높은 공감과 평가를 받은 바 있어 대상으로 적합하다 판단하였다. 연구는 드라마 ‘미생’에 등장하는 일터에서의 문화인지 학습에 영향을 미치는 요소를 Ricoeur의 미메시스적 관점, Van Gennep의 의례적 관점으로 나누어 그 속에 재현되는 리듬을 재조명하는데 중점을 두었다. 이 같은 작업을 통해 조직이 가지는 일상의 작은 리듬, 학습과 문화의 형성에 영향을 미치는 다양한 기호와 담론을 정밀히 분석하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 조직원의 문화인지 변화가 조직의 문화 변화에 미치는 영향을 도출할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
This research intends to get out of it and make axiological interpretation of cultural sings and narration in our daily life by focusing on space and physical property, materiality, ritual interaction, etc. which are recently magnified as important semiotic existences. From a semiotic angle, organization can be a system of complicated communication using sings so as to achieve particular exchanges of cultural values. It comes from the theory that organization can be also grasped as one speech flow creating the meaning. Drama “Incomplete Life”described appearance of business organization realistically and received high sympathy and evaluation. Therefore, it intends to investigate an effect of space, body, materialism, rite, etc. on new employees' culture cognition learning for the organization of corporation in drama “Incomplete Life” It should not only be helpful to examine even trifling rhythm of daily life organization has and analyze closely various signs and discourses, which make an effect on formation of learning and culture, but also draw the effects of changes of new employees' culture cognition on cultural changes of the organization.
