평생학습과 HRD 연구에서의 학습문화 논의의 확장을 위한 이론적 탐색

학습문화에 대한 논의는 평생교육과 HRD 연구와 실천에 있어 중요한 위치를 점한다. 평생교육의 논의에 있어서 학습문화는 평생학습의 의미와 중요성을 사회적으로 확산시키고 지역의 학습문화를 촉진하며 평생교육기관의 프로필에 변화를 주고 새로운 정체성을 부여한다는 점에서 큰 의미를 지닌다. 이와 함께 학습문화논의가 HRD에서 의미를 가지는 것은 기업문화와 조직문화의 혁신을 위해 새로운 학습문화를 접목시키기 위하고 조직을 활성화하기 위함이다. 이러한 맥락에서 학습문화에 대한 새로운 이론적 검토는 기존의 평생학습과 HRD에서의 학습문화 논의를 더욱 확장하고 심화시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 Christoph Wulf의 Anthropology적인 시도를 통해 평생학습과 HRD 연구에서의 학습문화 논의의 확장을 시도한다. Wulf는 의례, 연행성, 신체성, 미메시스 등의 개념으로 문화 및 학습문화의 개념의 확장을 통해 교육적 맥락을 새롭게 볼 수 있는 시각을 제시한다.
Abstract
The dispute about learning culture holds a very important position in study and practice of lifelong learning and HRD. For the dispute about lifelong learning, learning culture is very significant because it spreads meaning and importance of lifelong learning socially, promotes learning culture of the area, changes the profile of lifelong educational institution and gives new identity. In addition, the dispute about learning culture is significant in HRD so as to integrate new learning culture and vitalize the organization for innovation of enterprise culture and organizational culture. In this context, new theoretical review of learning culture can expand and deepened existing dispute about learning culture in lifelong learning and HRD. This thesis tries to expand the dispute about learning culture in study on lifelong learning and HRD through the anthropological trial of Christoph Wulf. Ch. Wulf suggests new viewpoint on educational context by expanding the concepts of culture and learning culture with several concepts; physicality, mimesis, performativity, rites, etc.
