This Study demonstrated the effects of Writing Across the Curriculum(WAC) Program through investigating the general education courses with major concentration in which the operational model of WAC was applied to. First, in the courses examined for this study, students learned writing-related formal structures and logical developments. Then, students' short-essay answers for tests and reports were experimented for this study. In both the short-essay answers and the reports, the writing forms and structures and contents and students' self-efficacy were convincingly improved. In particular, a correlation coefficient .43 in the experiment on the short- essay answers showed the positive correlation between the students' scores on the writing contents and on the writing forms and structures. In addition, the correlation between the scores of contents and the forms were meaningful at the level of p<.01.
