장애학생이 통합교육 상황에서 성공적인 학습자가 되기 위해서는 많은 준비가 필요하다. 이 연구는 성공적인 통합교육을 위해 보조공학적 접근이 담당해야 할 역할에 대해 알아보고, 앞으로의 전망과 과제를 제시하기 위해 국내외 선행연구를 분석함으로써 수행되었다. 통합교육 상황에서는 학생의 보조공학적 요구를 반영하고, 접근성과 이동성을 보장할 수 있어야 하며, 일상생활과 학교생활의 안전 도모하고, 의사소통을 위한 매개적인 역할은 물론 학업적 기능의 보조할 수 있어야 한다. 또한 앞으로는 보조공학에 대한 인식을 제고하고, 접근성을 보장하며, 경제적 효율성을 높이고, 보조공학 전문가에 의해 보조공학적 서비스에 대한 체계적인 적용과 평가가 실질적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.
Abstract
There is much preparation to be made for a disabled student to receive successful education in today’s integrated education system. This research observes the role of those in charge who should make the approach from an assistive technology perspective for a successful integration education, and this approach was conducted by analyzing Korea’s and international precedent studies to suggest a view of the future and tasks. Integrated education must reflect students’ demands for assistive technology, secure accessibility and mobility, plan safety of daily lives and school activities, play a role as a medium for communication, and support academic functions. Also, systematic application and evaluation must be made practically for assistive technology services by professionals, while raising recognition for assistive technology, securing accessibility, and enhancing economic efficiency in the future.
