연구 목적: 본 연구는 CVI 위험군 아동을 조기에 발견하기 위한 선별 검사 도구를 개발하고, 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법: 본 연구는 국외의 CVI 선별 검사 도구들을 참고해 60개 문항으로 구성된 CVI 선별 검사 도구의 시안을 개발하였다. 본 검사 도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하고자 CVI 아동군 34명과 비장애 아동군 41명을 대상으로 표본 조사를 실시해 분석하였다. 연구 결과: 본 검사 도구에 대한 신뢰도와 타당도 검증 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 신뢰도가 낮게 나타난 2개 문항을 삭제한 58개 문항의 내적 일치도 계수는 0.978로 신뢰할만한 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 검사 문항별로 양성 및 음성 반응률과 이분형 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 CVI 아동과 비장애 아동 간에 변별도가 낮은 35개 문항을 삭제하고, 23개 문항을 CVI 선별 검사 문항으로 최종 선정하였다. 셋째, CVI 위험군 아동을 분류하기 위한 기준 점수(Cut Point)를 ROC Curve 분석을 통해 산출한 결과, 6.5로 확인되었다. 총 23개 문항 중 6.5개 문항, 즉 7개 문항 이상이 양성 반응으로 나오면 CVI 위험군 아동으로 분류할 수 있다. 결론: CVI 선별 검사 도구를 사용해 CVI 위험군 아동을 조기에 발견해 특수교육대상자 진단평가에 의뢰할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 CVI 선별 검사 도구를 개발하기 위한 예비 연구로, 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 표준화된 CVI 선별 검사 도구를 개발하기 위한 후속 연구가 필요하다.
Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a screening tool for early detection of children at risk of CVI and verify its reliability and validity. Method: In this study, a draft CVI screening tool consisting of 60 Questionnaire was developed based on foreign CVI screening tools. In order to verify the reliability and validity of this tool, a sample test was conducted and analyzed on 34 children with CVI and 41 children without disabilities. Results: The reliability and validity verification results for this tool are as follows. First, the internal consistency coefficient of the 58 Questionnaire which 2 Questionnaire with low reliability were deleted was 0.978, which was a reliable level. Second, as a result of confirming validity, through positive and negative response rates for each test questionnaire and binary logistic regression analysis, 35 Questionnaire with low discrimination between CVI children and non-disabled children were deleted, and 23 questions were finally selected as CVI screening questionnaire. Third, the Cut Pont for classifying children at risk of CVI were calculated through ROC Curve analysis and found to be 6.5. If 6.5 out of a total of 23 Questionnaire, that is, 7 or more Questionnaires are positive, then the child can be classified as a CVI risk group. Conclusion: It is necessary to use a CVI screening tool to detect children at risk of CVI early and refer them to a diagnostic evaluation to confirm whether they are eligible for special education. This study is a preliminary study to develop a CVI screening tool. Therefore, follow-up research is needed to develop a standardized CVI screening tool based on the results of this study.
