초록

이 연구는 우리 문화에 맞는 발달 선별 검사 개발을 위해 문항분석 및 검사의 신뢰성과 타당도를 분석하여 표준화를 위한 자료를 마련하고자 하였다. 발달장애아동을 위한 진단검사에서 각 영역별 18개씩 총 90문항을 선정하였다. 연구의 결과에 의하면 검사-재검사 신뢰도는 .96～.98, 반분신뢰도는 .92～.97 사이에 분포하였으며, 문항내적일치도는 .94～.95 사이에 분포하였다. 영역별로 탐색적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 요인 수는 1개가 적합한 것으로 나타났으며, 확증적 요인분석에서도 단일 요인모형이 가장 적합한 양호한 모형으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 발달 선별 검사는 비교적 신뢰도와 타당도에 있어 만족한 만한 선별도구로 나타났다. 발달 선별 검사는 사용하기 쉽고 검사의 실시가 간편한 문항으로 구성되어 있어 발달지체 및 장애위험의 가능성이 있는 유아들을 선별해 줄 수 있는 도구가 될 것이라는 점에서 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to conduct psychometric analysis of a developmental screening inventory assessing developmental state of preschoolers. 90 Initial items were selected 'an Assessment Instrument for children with developmental disabilities'. The results of test-retest reliability, split-half reliability, and standard errors of measurement demonstrated strong stability. Exploratory factor analysis of domain variables produced one factor solution. One factor model Structural Equation Modeling used for confirmatory factor analysis was fitted well. Therefore, reliability and validity of this inventory are considered as satisfactory. It is expected that the Developmental Screening Inventory(DeSI) can contribute to solve some of the problems related in early identification of young children with developmental delays or disabilities in Korea.
