이 글은 어린이들의 문학 읽기 패턴을 살펴보고, 어린이 문학 텍스트 선정과 관련된 요인 및 모델을 살펴보았다. 그런 다음 어린이 문학 텍스트 선정과 관련된 교사의 책무성을 논의하였다. 어린이 문학 텍스트 선정과 관련된 요인은 어린이들의 흥미와 문학능력, 문학 텍스트의 특질, 교육과정의 내용 등이다. 양질의 어린이 문학 텍스트 선택은 교사들의 중요한 책무 중의 하나이다. 교사는 어린이 문학 텍스트의 특질, 어린이들의 흥미와 문학능력, 그리고 교육과정의 내용 등을 충분히 고려하여, 양질의 문학 텍스트를 어린이들이 읽도록 해야 한다.
Abstract
This paper examined children' literary reading patterns, examined the element and the model related in children literary text selection. And then, discussed teachers' responsibility related in children literary text selection. Elements related in children literary text selection are children's interest and literary competence, property of literary text, content of the curriculum. The selection of literary text of superior quality is the one of teachers's main responsibilities. a teacher must make children read the superior literary text, deeply regarding children's interest and literary competence, and the content of curriculum.
