온라인 예배의 확산으로 성도들이 일상에서 공적 예배를 드리는 경험이 누적되면서 말씀을 일상에서 실천하며 살아내는 일상 영성에 관심이 높아졌다. 본 연구에서는 일상 영성의 특징과 교회 교육의 특수성에 근거하여 일상 영성을 함양할 수 있는 교회 교육 프로그램 설계 원리를 개발하여 영성교육 실행가들에게 실천적 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 연구결과 일상 영성 함양을 위한 교회 교육 프로그램은 형성적 교육관에 근거해서 교육의 지속성을 강조해야 하며, 외부 전문 강사의 강의보다는 인쇄된 텍스트를 참여자들이 낭독하여 실천하겠다는 공동체적 선포를 유도해야 한다. 또한 교회 내 롤 모델 또는 사례의 활용을 통해 공동체 내에서 지속적으로 도전을 받게 하고 기도와 찬양, 묵상을 프로그램 처음과 마지막에만 배치할 것이 아니라 프로그램 중간 적절한 곳에 배치하여 계시와 음성을 직관적으로 들을 수 있도록 해야 한다. 일상 영성은 개인의 내면세계 질서에 대한 성찰뿐만 아니라, 일상의 실천면에서 자신이 속한 가정, 직장, 교회, 사회 공동체성을 반영하여야 한다. 이 다섯 가지 원리를 적용하여 기독 부모 일상 습관 형성 프로그램과 기독 청년 일상 문제 해결 프로그램을 개발하였고 운영을 통해 얻은 시사점을 제시하였다.
Abstract
As the spread of online worship has accumulated experiences of public worship in daily life, interest in living out daily spirituality by practicing the Word in daily life has increased among believers. Based on the characteristics of daily spirituality and the uniqueness of church education, this study aims to provide practical implications to practitioners of spiritual education by suggesting church program design principles that can foster daily spirituality. The research results indicate that church education programs for cultivating daily spirituality should emphasize the continuity of education based on formative educational principles. Rather than lectures by external experts, participants should be encouraged to read printed texts and commit to practicing together as a community. Additionally, utilizing role models or cases within the church can continuously challenge individuals within the community. Moreover, elements such as prayer, praise, and meditation should be placed not only at the beginning and end of the program but also at appropriate intervals to allow participants to intuitively experience the presence and voice of God. Daily spirituality should reflect not only individual introspection but also practical aspects of daily life, including one's family, workplace, church, and social community. Applying these five principles, programs for forming daily habits for Christian parents and solving daily problem for Christian young adults were developed, and insights gained through their operation are presented.
