인간은 언어활동을 통해 자기 존재를 인식하고 서로를 이해한다. 불편부당성의 태도로 정신의 확장을 가져오는 사유를 통해 인간은 언어활동의 내용을 확보하고 그것을 말과 글로 표현한다. 특히 말에 있어 말하기-듣기의 의사소통적 행위는 정치적 자유와 평등의 실현을 가능하게 하는 토대가 된다. 의사소통적 행위에서, 말하는 이는 자신의 이야기를 상대가 듣고 이해하여 자신의 의견을 제시할 수있는 듣는 이의 능동적 태도를 요구한다. 듣는 이가 능동적으로 참여하게 되면 말하기-듣기의 관계는 결론에 대한 이해만을 목적으로 하는 것이 아니라 더 나은 것을 향하길 바라는 열린 마음과 태도를 갖게 한다. 또한 다양한 이야기들을 주고받음으로써 동일성의 세계가 아닌 다양성이 공존하는 살아있는 사람들의 공동체로서의 세계를 유지하는 힘이 되기도 한다. 따라서 말하기-듣기의 능동적 참여는 정치적 자유의 실현을 의미하며, 이 참여를 가능하게 하는 것은 서로의 다름을 인정하는 정치적 평등의 실현을 전제로 한다.
Abstract
Human beings are aware of his existence through language activity and to understand each other. Reason for enlargement of the mind with the impartiality brings to secure the contents of a human language through activities and it expresses itself in words and in writing. Especially when you’re at the end of speech-hearing, communicative activity is political freedom and equality made possible the realization of the foundation. Dealing with their own stories saying that hearing and understanding to their opinions, communicative activity can present this requires an active attitude of. To hearing this is actively involved when it comes to speech-hearing to the conclusion that the relationship of understanding is not solely for the purpose of better want to head an open mind and attitude. In addition, various stories by sameness are the plurality, rather than giving them a world of co-existence as a community of people who are living in the world has the power to keep. Therefore, participation in the political freedom of speechhearing means that the realization of an active and involved, making it possible to recognize each other’s differences to political equality presupposes the realization of it.
