Abstract
Feminist philosophy criticizes that law takes equality as basic principle but excludes women substantially and justice which is law's basic idea is limited in public sphere. Seen from perspectives of feminist philosophy, the right of self-determination also has problems discussed within family system and applied to only sexual domain. And feminist philosophy reveals that legal standards of judgement-reasonableness, impartiality, neutrality-are in fact fiction. Law repudiates such critiques of feminist philosophy toward law but it seems that law's defects are already disclosed. Today feminist approaches to law are more multiple and feminist philosophy and law in dynamics of relationship discover that both of them have common projects: the protection of right of living as oneself, the pursuit of justice, the equality of capabilities, and the response to changing life beyond law.
