Abstract
Feminists's efforts to find women's reality and voices were very difficult under Rawls' theory of justice. Considering the spirit of law, the norm of justice must include all kinds of human beings. However, the main theory of justice considered only men, but the women's ethic of care can also provide a main theory of justice. Also, a theory of justice will be more acceptable to the people when it applies to the private area as well as the public area. On the other hand, there is the potential that Rawls' method of thinking and theories could be a powerful concept to improve the equal protection of men and women. Even though the assumption of the veil of ignorance represents abstract theory, the fact that the parties' conditions might not be considered from the beginning could prevent prejudice against women. In addition, justice can be achieved if the principles of justice are assumed to apply within the family and between the sexes. In this context, a critical analysis of the traditional theory of justice and the moral theory can contribute to the social justice at large, which leads toward a humanist justice.
