본 연구는 노동시장과 산업변화에 대응할 수 있는 고졸 인력 양성을 위해 일반고 특화훈련의 디지털 분야에 적용할 수 있는 훈련 가이드라인을 개발하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 ADDIE 모형을 기반으로 요구분석, DACUM 직무 분석, 프로젝트 학습 관련 선행연구를 토대로 분석틀을 구성하고, 훈련기관을 대상으로 현황 분석을 실시하였다. 이후 직업훈련 전문가 및 기관 협의체의 검토를 통해 최종 가이드라인을 도출하였다. 분석, 설계, 개발, 운영, 평가의 단계별 구성요소에 따라 체크리스트를 개발하였으며, 특히 프로젝트 기반 훈련을 중심으로 한 실무 적용 방안을 포함하였다. 본 가이드라인은 일반고 특화훈련의 체계적인 운영을 지원하고, 디지털 분야 훈련에 적합한 교수설계와 운영 전략 수립을 위한 실질적 지침으로 활용될 수 있다.
Abstract
This study aims to develop training guidelines for the digital sector as part of a vocational education program for general academic high schools, with the goal of preparing graduates to meet evolving labor market and industry needs. The ADDIE model was used to establish an analytical framework. A situational analysis was conducted with training institutions, and the final guidelines were validated through expert review and consultation. The guidelines comprise five phases: analysis of the training environment, labor demand, and institutional characteristics; design of training programs and project-based components; development of materials for recruitment, instruction, and career guidance; implementation processes including trainee selection, program delivery, and follow-up; and evaluation based on performance, learning outcomes, and feedback. These guidelines reflect the core features of high school vocational programs while incorporating project-based methods to support innovative instruction by teachers and institutions.
