Abstract
The purpose of this dissertation is to confirm how the evolving of North & South Korea’s military strategies have continued and changed from 1960’s to 2000’s. The research result is as follows. First, it is confirm how the evolving of North & South Korea’s military strategies have continued and changed. Continuation and Change will repeat ever after. Second, it analyze relative specific that North & South Korea’s military strategies have continued and changed. In result, it came out the change of asymmetry access strategy because The North Korea is continued offensive strategy that is reflected the unique strategy culture. It declined relative military strength, too. The other side, The South Korea is changed defensive to offensive defense strategy on the basis of the unique culture of U.S. Army and R.O.K. Army because repress the unconventional military strength, continue defense strategy and access of dissymmetry like development high technical weapon in according to rise in relative military strength. Third, between decision factors of military strategy, strategic culture was influence to Continuation and balance of military strength was influence to Change.
