초록
North Korea is constantly conducting military provocations on the Korean peninsula. Before the 2000s, the provocation method used conventional tactics and the damage was local. But they are using nuclear and cyber-provoking methods to cause mass destruction or to cause widespread damage worldwide beyond the 2000s, especially since the beginning of the Kim Jung Un regime. I wonder why they are going fatal and global in the way of the provocation of the Kim Jung Un era than ever before. Accordingly, I studied the change of the provocation intentions in North Korea since the establishment of the regime by age, and an implied meaning on the extension line. Above all, the results of the analysis on the concept of provocation, the provocation includes the primary intention to create any circumstances to the enemy. Also it includes the secondary intention to take advantage of the enemy's actions for themselves. I have studied primary intentions and secondary intentions by time through applying this to North Korea. The primary intentional intentions showed the following changes: strengthen air force→paralyzed war will→cut off diplomatic relations→the apple of Sodom of NLL→the construction of a strong country. Also the secondary provocation intentions showed the following changes: interruption the recovery from war→diplomatic friction with allies→damaged legitimacy of the new military coup→the southern conflict→the consolidation of regime maintenance. In conclusion, the main provocations of the regime of Kim Jung Un are in the form of nuclear development and cyber terrorism. At this time the primary intention of provocation was analyzed as the construction of a strong country, and the secondary intention was analyzed as seeking to consolidate and maintain the regime. Korea needs to respond customarily to the provocation intentions of Kim Jung Un regime.
