인간중심 콜라주 진로집단상담프로그램이 장애대학생의 진로타협에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 장애대학생들의 맥락적인 특성을 고려한 인간중심 콜라주 진로집단상담프로그램이 장애대학생들의 진로타협에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 분석하여, 장애대학생들이 진로타협을 통한 합리적인 진로를 결정하고 계획하는데 필요한 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 콜라주기법을 수행할 수 있는 장애대학생 6명을 선정하여, 2017년 4월부터 매주 월요일 오후 7시부터 9시까지 인간중심 콜라주 프로그램를 12회기를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 프로그램 효과 검증을 위해 실험집단에게 프로그램 적용 전 사전과 프로그램 적용 후 사후의 진로타협을 측정하여 대응t검증을 하였으며, 회기별 변화를 알아보기 위해서 진로타협 하위요인의 변화과정을 회기별로 관찰하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 인간중심 콜라주 진로상담프로그램이 장애대학생들의 진로타협과 하위요인의 가치, 흥미, 사회적 지위의 변화에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타내고 있었다. 둘째, 인간중심 콜라주 진로집단프로그램의 회기별 영역중 이상적인 자아영역에서 진로타협의 흥미영역, 현실적인 자아영역에서 사회적 지위와 가치요인, 합리적인 자아영역에서 사회적 지위에 긍정적인 변화가 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to provide data necessary for the college students with disabled to determine and plan rational career paths through amicable career compromise by analyzing the impact of the person-centered collage career group counseling program considering the contextual characteristics of the college students with disabilities on the career compromise. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, six students with disabilities who can perform collage technique were selected, and a total of 12 sessions of person-centered collage career group counseling program were conducted from April 7, 2017, every Monday from 7 pm to 9 pm. In order to verify the effectiveness of the program, the experimental group was tested with response t-verification to measure career compromise before and after the implementation of the program. The results of this study were as follows: First, the person-centered collage career group counseling program showed a statistically significant difference in the career compromise of the college students with disabilities and the change in sub-factors such as value, interest, and social status. Second, the human-centered collage program induced positive changes in interest domain of career compromise in ideal self-domain session, social status and value factor in realistic self-domain session and social status among the sub-factors of career compromise in the rational self-domain session respectively.
