초록
A total of 49 unrecorded bacterial species were isolated from freshwater and soil samples collected in 2024 from wetlands in Korea. The isolated strains were classified into 5 phyla, 11 classes, 22 orders, 30 families, and 37 genera. Among the isolates, 3 species belong to the phylum Actinomycetota, 11 species belong to the phylum Bacillota, 8 species belong to the phylum Bacteroidota, 27 species belong to the phylum Pseudomonadota. Phylogenetic analyses based on 16S rRNA gene sequences revealed that each strain clustered with its closest reported strain, showing higher than 98.7%. Detailed information on the 49 species, including isolation sources, phylogenetic positions, Gram-staining results, colony and cell morphology, biochemical characteristics, and strain names, are provided in the species descriptions.
