국내 태권도장 경영환경 리스크 분석: AHP 분석을 중심으로

초록

본 연구는 국내 태권도장 경영 환경 리스크 분석을 통해 객관적인 자료를 만듦으로써 태권도장 경영의 리스크 관리를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 태권도장 리스크 관리를 위한 AHP 분석에 앞서 1차적으로 연구모형 및 측정항목을 설정하기 위해 델파이 기법을 활용한 연구를 진행하였으며, 델파이 기법을 토대로 2차 설문지에서는 태권도장 경영환경 리스크 분석을 위해 5년 이상의 경력이 있는 태권도장 경영자 32명을 대상으로 AHP 조사를 시행하여 연구결과를 도출하였다. 아울러 본 연구의 통계기법은 BPMSG AHP Online System에서 제공하는 Online AHP Tool을 활용하였으며, 이를 통한 연구 결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내적 요인과 외적 요인의 평가 가중치는 내적 요인의 리스크 요소가 외적 요인에 비해 상대적으로 크게 나타났다. 둘째, 내적 요인의 하부요인 중요도 분석결과 지도자, 시설, 마케팅역량, 프로그램, 재무 순으로 가중치가 도출되었다. 셋째, 외적 요인의 하부요인 중요도 분석결과 인구, 질병, 경제환경, 자연재해, 정부규제 순으로 가중치가 도출되었다. 마지막으로 복합가중치를 고려한 전체항목의 우선순위를 살펴보면, 지도자, 시설, 마케팅역량, 프로그램, 인구, 재무, 질병, 경제환경, 자연재해, 정부규제 순으로 나타났다.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to provide a comprehensive measure of risk management by investigating the business environment of Taekwondo management. To employ an appropriate approach for this study, we first used the Delphi method to identify the research model. Based on the findings of the Delphi, analytical hierarchy process(AHP) is applied to analyze the risk priority with 32 chief executive officers(CEOs) of Taekwondo. As a result, the internal factors were relatively higher than the external factors. More specifically, the priority of the upper items of internal factors were higher in the order of leader, facility, marketing capability, program, and finance. On the other hand, the external factors including population, disease, economic environment, natural disaster, and government regulation were placed in rank order from 1 to 5. Last, the priority of all items considering the composite weights was higher in the order of leader, facility, marketing capability, program, population, finance, disease, economic environment, natural disaster, and government regulation.
