본 연구는 안전풍토가 안전행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하려는 목적과 함께 조직문화가 이들 두 변인간의 인과관계에서 어떤 조절효과를 나타내는지를 밝혀보려는 목적에서 시작하였다. 설문에 토대해철도차량 검수직 종사자들을 대상으로 SPSS를 이용하여 가설검증을 수행한 결과, 안전실천이 안전행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조절효과에서는 건설적 문화를 제외한 직무요구와 친화적 문화에서 유의한 부분적 조절효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이 같은 연구결과는 검수직 종사자들의 안전행동 제고를 위해 상황과 조건에 대한 좀 더 섬세한 분석의 필요성을 제시해준다.
Abstract
This study intends to depict and highlight the relationship between safety climate and safety behavior with additional purpose of analyzing the moderating effect of organizational culture on the causality between safety climate and safety behavior. A field study based on questionnaire was performed focused on the rolling stock inspectors to testify hypotheses, using SPSS. Results showed that safety practise has a significant positive effect on safety behavior. And in case of moderating effect, constructive culture showed no moderating effect, however job demand and affiliative culture showed certain degree of moderating effect. This results suggest the necessity of analyzing detailed situations and conditions for enhancing the level of safety behavior for rolling stock inspectors.
