본 연구는 도시철도 운영기업에 종사하는 철도관제사와 기관사를 대상으로 그들이 인지하고 있는 타 종사원과 경영진 간의 안전행동에 미치는 영향요인에 관하여 정량적으로 검증하였다. 분석결과, 의사소통은 변화관리와 자기진단에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 변화관리는 안전행동에 정(+)의 관계, 자가진단 안전행동에도 정(+)의 관계가 있었다. 비록, 의사소통은 안전행동과 직접적인 무의미한 관계로 나타났지만, 의사소통과 안전행동 간의 영향관계에 있어 변화관리는 매개효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 도시철도 운영기업이 안전을 확보하기 위해서는 안전행동의 최전방에서 업무를 하는 철도관제사와 기관사를 주축으로 한 역학적인 연구가 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 이를 기반으로 타 조직원 간의 원활한 의사소통 등 주요한 안전행동에 미치는 변수의 긍정적인 효과를 도모하기 위해서 제도적, 시스템적 개선의 필요함을 시사하고 있다.
Abstract
This study quantitatively verified the factors influencing the safety behavior between other employees and management that they recognize for railroad engineers and controllers engaged in urban railway operating companies. As a result of the analysis, communication had a positive (+) effect on change management and self-diagnosis, and change management had a positive (+) relationship with safety behavior and a positive (+) relationship with self-diagnosis safety behavior. Although communication appeared to be a direct meaningless relationship with safety behavior, it was found that change management had a mediating effect in the influence relationship between communication and safety behavior. In conclusion, in order for urban railway operating companies to secure safety, it can be said that this study requires an epidemiological study centered on railway engineers and controllers who work at the forefront of safety behavior. Based on this, it suggests the need for institutional and systematic improvement in order to promote the positive effect of variables on major safety behaviors such as smooth communication between other members of the organization.
