국내 철도 산업을 육성하고 해외 수출을 늘리기 위해 다양한 지원 제도가 도입되고 있지만 철도 산업은 다른운송 산업에 비해 크게 성장하지 못했다. 본 연구에서는 국내 철도 산업의 구조적 특성을 조사하고 최신 통계자료를 이용하여 성장 한계를 살펴 보았다. 또한 부품 제조업의 현황과 지원 시스템의 효과성을 조사하기 위해177개 철도부품업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 IPA 분석법(Importance Performance Analysis)을 이용하여 기업들의 역량에 따른 현행 지원제도들의 효과성을 분석해 보았다. 또한, 철도 산업을 확대하고 활성화 시키기 위한 제반 사항도 함께 검토하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 철도산업을 활성화하기 위한 전략 수립의 기초 자료로 활용 될 수 있으며, 각 기업은 취약한 요소를 개선하기위한 관리 데이터로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
Abstract
The government introduced various support systems to foster the domestic railway industry and increase overseas exports, but the railway industry has not grown significantly compared to other transportation industries. In this study, we investigated the structural characteristics of the domestic railway industry and examine the limitations of growth using the latest statistics of the railway statistics of the National Statistical Office. The resutls of this study can be used as a basic data for establishing a strategy to activate and systematize the railway industry, and each company can objectively evaluate their environment and utilize it as management data to improve vulnerable elements.
