목적 본 연구는 고등학교 우수 태권도겨루기지도자(이하 태권도지도자)가 인식하는 지도력의 상대적 중요도를 파악할 목적으로 진행하였다. 방법 연구목적 달성을 위해 먼저 태권도지도자의 지도력을 주제로 한 선행연구와 태권도전문가를 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 태권도지도자의 지도력을 개념화하였다. 이후 이원비교설문지를 제작하여 고등학교 우수 태권도지도자에게 설문을 실시하고, 수집한 자료를 EC-2000과 Excel을 활용하여 분석하였다. 결과 연구결과 태권도지도자의 지도력은 종목이해력, 훈련운영력, 관계형성력, 대회운영력의 4가지 상위요인과 16가지 하위요인으로 개념화되었다. 고등학교 우수 태권도지도자가 인식한 지도력의 상대적 중요도는 종목이해력(.505), 훈련운영력(.217), 관계형성력(.159), 대회운영력(.118)의 순서로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구결과에 따르면 고등학교 태권도선수의 경기력 최대 성장 및 발현을 위해 태권도지도자는 종목에 대한 이론적 지식을 바탕으로 체계적인 훈련을 계획하고 실천할 수 있는 능력을 갖추어야 한다. 또한 선수와 두터운 신뢰 형성에 주력하면서 대회에서는 날카로운 분석력으로 선수에게 필요한 정보를 정확하게 제공할 수 있어야 한다.
Abstract
Purpose This study was conducted for the purpose of identifying the relative importance of leadership as perceived by excellent high school Taekwondo coaches. Method In order to achieve the research purpose, first, we conceptualized the leadership of Taekwondo coaches by collecting data from previous studies on the leadership qualities of Taekwondo coaches and Taekwondo experts. After that, we created a two-way comparative questionnaire and conducted a survey on Taekwondo coaches, and analyzed the collected data using EC-2000 and Excel. Results The leadership of Taekwondo coaches was conceptualized as four upper-level factors of sport understanding, training management, relationship building, and competition management, and 16 lower-level factors. The relative importance of the leadership components of Taekwondo coaches was in the following order: sport understanding(.505), training management(.217), relationship building(.159), and competition management(.118). Conclusion In order to improve and develop the performance of high school Taekwondo players, coaches must first have theoretical knowledge of the sport and the ability to plan and implement systematic training. They must also lead players based on a strong trust, and in competitions, they must be able to provide players with necessary information by demonstrating accurate analysis skills.
