철도차량 시운전 시험결과의 신빙성을 높이기위해 시험방법의 고도화와 전문성 향상이 필요하다. 이에 시운전 시험 중 소음 시험의 국제규격인 ISO 3381:2021과 시험소 능력에 관한 국제 표준규격인 ISO/IEC 17025:2017에 따라 철도차량 실내 소음을 측정하였다. 또한, 국제규격 기반 시험의 품질을 보장하고 비교숙련도 시험으로 결과의 유효성을 확보하고자 한다. 비교숙련도 시험은 두 명의 시험자가 KOLAS(Korea Laboratory Accreditation Scheme) 평가사의 감독하에 동일한 조건에서 수행하였고 각각의 측정불확도를 ISO Guide 98-3:2008에 따라 평가하여 결과의 타당성을 확인하였다.
Abstract
To enhance the credibility of rail vehicle trial test results, advanced methodologies and increased expertise are crucial. Consequently, interior noise measurements were conducted for rail vehicles in strict adherence to international standards, specifically ISO 3381:2021 for noise testing and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for laboratory competence. The primary objective was to ensure test quality through international standard-based protocols and validate result reliability via comparative proficiency testing. The comparative proficiency test was executed under identical conditions by two independent researchers, conducted under the supervision of a KOLAS (Korea Laboratory Accreditation Scheme) evaluator. Measurement uncertainties were rigorously assessed following ISO Guide 98-3:2008 to substantiate the validity and precision of the experimental outcomes. This methodology aims to elevate the scientific rigor and trustworthiness of rail vehicle interior noise assessment procedures.
