본 연구에서는 철도시스템의 위험관리체계 정착을 위해 사고⋅장애 발생 원인을 세분화하고 각각의발생빈도와 심각도를 정량적 수치로 수집, 분석, 활용하는 전사 가이드라인 작성 및 공유를 통해위험도 평가 프로세스를 정립하였다. 또한, 데이터 기반의 위험도 평가를 통해 노선별, 소속별, 위험관리 대상 장치별 위험수준을 진단⋅모니터링하고 관리기준의 정의 및 운영상의 문제점에 대한피드백을 통해 위험도 허용수준 설정 및 성장 추이 분석 등을 실시하였다.
Abstract
In this study, the risk assessment process of the railway system was established by subdividing the causes of accidents and failures to establish a risk management system, and preparing, analyzing, and sharing company guidelines that collect, analyze, and utilize each occurrence frequency and severity in quantitative figures. In addition, through data-based risk assessment, risk levels were diagnosed and monitored for each route, affiliated, and risk management target devices, and risk acceptance levels were set and growth trends were analyzed through feedback on operational problems.
