명대 여성작가 朱柔英은 詩 70수, 賦 2수를 포함하여 詞작품 37수를『雙星館集』이라는 작품집에 남겼는데, 이 작품들에는 전대의 여성작가들의 사작품에서는 자주 보이지 않던 典故가 다수 발견된다. 주유영은 사 속에서 전고를 즐겨 운용할 뿐만 아니라, 다양한 詞調를 활용하고, 특히 僻調를 사용하는 등 음악적인 식견도 뛰어났던 여성작가이다. 본 논문에서는 주유영의 사작품 37수를 대상으로 이 작품들에 사용된 전고들을 분석하여 주유영이 의도한 어구의 의미와 전고를 통한 예술적 형상화의 양상을 살펴보았다. 주유영의 사작품 속 전고는 크게 物名을 중심으로 하는 전고와 人物故事를 중심으로 하는 전고, 전대의 文獻을 기반으로 하는 典據 중심 전고 3가지로 나눌 수 있는데, 物名 중심 전고를 통해서는 표현의 ‘간접성’을, 人物故事 중심 전고를 통해서는 이야기의 ‘서사성’을, 典據 중심 전고를 통해서는 문헌 이해의 ‘해박성’을 주요 예술적 형상화 전략으로 삼고 있다.
Abstract
Zhu Rouying, a female writer in the Ming Dynasty, left total 37 Ci(詞) in a collection of works called 『Shuangxingguanji(雙星館集)』 in which a lot of literary quotations(典故) which were regarded as being not frequently shown in writings by other female writers were found. Zhu Rouying tends to freely manage authentic precedents in writings and utilize various song patterns. Additionally, it is pointed out that she was a female writer with great insight into music using Bidiao(僻調). In this thesis, it is examined Zhu Rouying's aspects of artistic embodiment through meanings and literary quotations of phrases by her in terms of 37 Ci(詞) mentioned above, analyzing the literary quotations used in the collection of works in her writing. The literary quotations in Ci(詞) by Zhu Rouying can be divided into three aspects based on objects, events and literature of previous generations, which were applied for her literature major artistic embodiment strategies. In association with the method for writing strategies she used, here are three words to emphasize her noticeable competence: the 'indirectness' to hide and investigate in the literary quotations of objects, the 'narrativity' to use the context of events in one’s personal events, and 'erudition' to reveals knowledge in the literary quotations of previous generations.
