연예계 스폰서제안에 대한 관련전공 대학생들의 수용성향에 환경 지배능력이 미치는 영향 : 연예계관행 인식의 매개효과와 자아존중감의 조절효과 검증을 중심으로

이 연구는 최근 사회적으로 큰 관심을 끌었던 여성 연예인 지망생들의 스폰서 문제에 대한 관련전공분야(연극․영화, 연기, 방송․연예) 남녀․ 대학생들(457명)의 의식을 조사하였다. ‘스폰서제안 수용성향’에 ‘환경지배능력 결여’가 미칠 수 있는 직접효과, ‘연예계관행 인식’의 매개효과 그리고 ‘자아존중감’의 조절효과를 실증적으로 규명하기 위해서 구조방정식모형 분석을 하였다. 편향수정 부트스트래핑을 하여 매개효과분석을 하였고, 다집단분석을 통하여 조절효과를 검증하였다.

Abstract

The current study aim at investigating how sponsor-offer for sexual favour in Korean entertainment industry is regarded by 457 college students majoring in acting, theatre and entertainment. The predominant concerns of the study consist of: (1) the direct effect of capacity for environmental mastery; (2) the indirect effect of perception of corrupt practice; (3) the moderating effect of self-esteem on their propensity for accepting sponsor-offer for sexual favour in entertainment industry, which means ‘casting couch’. In order for respondents to verify research questions, structural equation models (SEM) were explored. The notable findings are as follow: First, among students having low level of self-esteem, The perception of corrupt practice that makes the propensity for accepting sponsor-offer higher is directly affected by the lack of capacity for environmental mastery, which illustrates that not only corrupt practice but also environmental
