Abstract

Recent An juvenile crime peaked in 2005, declined in the meantime, with a downward trend is on the rise. Decreased 3.2% in 2004, but increased 3.4% in 2005, to 3.7% in 2006. The recidivism rate of it was only 26.2% standard in 2008 increased steadily, and increased to 36.9% in the 2011 standard. The increase in recidivism, youth that fell into crime once means that are exposed to crime continuously. The recidivism rates of an increase in the crimes they have been exposed means that it. Once the boy crime continued to fall in the crime continues. This, as the basis for regional recidivism rate survey data in the future, a detailed analysis is required. An age of juvenile offenders is not only reduced in particular, we are feral, it is an issue that the measures are urgently needed. In the case of juvenile offenders, and it is carried out in the type of perpetrator made and released through the probation. Currently, I tend to open a new agency of the probation office of the national increase. It is operated in a new form to keep pace personnel upward trend. There needs to be authorized this trend, to improve the way probation. Recidivism rate of juvenile offenders in the future will be greatly reduced.Among the special crime prevention committee, I will use as an additive college students. This is done through a one-to-one relationship with the mentee is a subject. We are promoting the program and various other service system of cultural events viewing. Thus enlightened, the effect can be achieved with improvements. In addition, you must also expanding (disposal subject of No. 4 mainly) subjects of trustees of the juvenile offenders, to operate. Then the effect of the improvement will double. As a result, the recidivism rates of juvenile offenders will be greatly reduced. It will also contribute to a reduction in overall crime. This mentoring system through the use of measures to reduce the recidivism rates of juvenile delinquency are effective. This is to help the calibration of the current policy. This is a very important task. Key
