초록
The purpose of this study is to derive latent class according to the psychological and behavioral characteristics of adolescents who have not experienced school violence to see if there is a difference from the latent types of students who have experienced school violence(perpetration, victimization, perpetration-victimization complex). In addition, we examined whether the experience of school violence affects adolescents' depression and aggression. Using the ‘EBS-Inventory of Scool Violence’, 5,639 middle and high school students nationwide were analyzed with SPSS 23.0 and Mplus 7.4. As a result of latent profile analysis (LPA), the non-experienced school violence group was classified into a ‘non-empathic type’ with less empathy than other measures, a ‘normal type’ with all scales in the T score range of 50, and a‘non-specific type’ with high grooming acceptance and delinquency behavior. The difference between latent groups according to the presence or absence of school violence was statistically significant, the‘non-empathic type’of the non-experienced group showed the lowest score, and the‘non-specific’ and ‘depressive type’ of the experienced group showed the highest score. Compared to the‘non-empathic’, ‘depressive’, and ‘non-specific’types of adolescents school violence, there was a big difference in that ‘depressive type’was not derived, which seems to suggest that there are types of emotional isolation, such as depression, due to experiencing school violence. As a result of hierarchical regression analysis, it was found that the experience of school violence significantly increased the depression and aggression of adolescents even after controlling gender, age, family cohesion, and school safety. In other words, even when the victimization experiences and perpetrating experiences of school violence are integrated, the results are consistent with previous studies, showing that an approach by potential type is possible by integrating the perpetration-victimization complex experiences, victimization experiences and perpetrating experiences of school violence. In addition, as a result of hierarchical regression analysis, it was found that the experience of school violence significantly increased the depression, aggression among adolescents. Based on these research results, implications for a differentiated approach according to latent types of school violence were presented.
