산업연관표를 이용한 한국과 중국의 산업구조 비교

본 연구의 목적은 한국과 중국의 산업연관표를 사용하여 각 국의 산업구조를분석하는 것이다. 추가적으로 본 연구는 각국의 산업별 생산유발 효과, 부가가치유발 효과, 그리고 연관관계를 비교한다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째,한국의 경우에는 서비스업, 중국의 경우에는 제조업이 비교우위를 갖는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 최종수요액을 항목별로 비교하는 경우에 한국은 소비항목에서, 중국은 투자항목에서 더 많은 비중을 차지하고 있었다. 셋째, 생산유발계수와 부가가치유발계수를 비교하면, 대부분의 산업에서 중국이 한국의 동일 산업에 비해 유발계수가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 전후방연쇄효과가 높은 산업은 중국이 한국에비해 많았지만, 전후방연쇄효과가 낮은 산업 역시 중국이 한국에 비해 많은 것으로나타났다.
Abstract
This paper compares Korea’s industrial structures with China’s by using input-output tables of the countries. In detail, this paper compares (i) the production-inducing and value added inducing effects in Korean industries with those in China. and (ii) the forward- and backward-linkage effects in Korean industries with those in China. Results are as follows. First, Korea’s service-industries enjoy comparative advantages over China’s; and China’s manufacturing industries do that over Korea’s. Second, Korea has the higher weight of consumption item and less weight of investment item than China. Third, Compared to Korea, China has the higher induced effects for both production and added value with most industries. Finally, Compared to Korea, China has the more industries whose forward and backward linkage effects are high as well as has the more industries whose forward and backward linkage effects are low which implies the polarization of industries exists in China.
