한국과 중앙아시아 협력 거버넌스 평가와 발전 방안:한-중앙아 협력포럼을 중심으로

본 논문에서 카자흐스탄, 우즈베키스탄, 투르크메니스탄, 키르기스스탄, 타지키스탄 등 중앙아시아 5개국과 포괄적 협력을 증진하기 위한 다자 협력 거버넌스로서 한-중앙아 협력포럼을 평가하고, 일본, 중국, 미국의 중앙아시아 국가와 협력 거버넌스인 ‘중앙아시아+일본 대화’, ‘중국+중앙아시아 외교장관 회담’, ‘C5+1’의 사례를 분석하고 시사점을 도출함으로써 한-중앙아 협력포럼의 발전 방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
In this paper, evaluated the Cooperation Forum ‘Central Asia-Republic of Korea’ as a multilateral cooperative governance to promote comprehensive cooperation with five Central Asian countries, including Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan, and suggested development plans for the Cooperation Forum ‘Central Asia-Republic of Korea’ by drawing implications from analyzing the cases of cooperative governance with Central Asian countries in Japan, China, and the United States such as Central Asia plus Japan Dialogue, the ‘China+Central Asia’ Foreign Ministers’ Meeting, and C5+1.
