사회적기업가 아카데미 교육과정 개선에 관한 연구: AHP 분석을 중심으로

본 연구는 사회적기업가 양성을 위해 운영되고 있는 ‘사회적기업가 아카데미’의 운영현황 분석과 전문가들의 교과목에 대한 상대적 중요도와 우선순위 분석을 통해 보다 개선된 교육과정을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 2008년부터 고용노동부는 사회적기업가 아카데미는 사회적기업가는 사회적기업의 성공에 핵심적 요인이고, 사회적기업가정신은 교육을 통해 함양될 수 있다는 측면에서 사회적기업가 양성을 위한 단기 교육프로그램인 사회적기업가 아카데미를 운영하고 있다. 사회적기업가 아카데미는 고용노동부에서 제시하고 있는 표준교과목과 표준교육운영시간을 기반으로 운영되고 있으나, 운영기관 별 배정시간과 교과목간 편차가 심한 것으로 조사되었다. 교과목 운영에 대한 AHP(Analytic Hierachy Process)조사를 통해 과목별 상대적 중요도와 우선순위를 살펴보니, 사회적기업의 이해 영역이 1순위, 전략경영 영역이 2순위, 재정 영역이 3순위, 실습 영역은 8순위로 분석되었다. 그러나 현재 운영기관들의 운영현황과는 상당한 괴리가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 실습영역이 표준교육운영 배정시간보다 상당히 많은 시간이 배정되어 운영되고 있고, 마케팅이나 재정, 전략경영의 영역은 상대적으로 소홀하게 다루어지고 있었다. 이런 점을 반영하여 사회적기업가 아카데미 교육과정에 대한 개선안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This research is to present the better training courses by analyzing importance and priority of professional courses and Social Entrepreneur Academy’s analysis of operating status. Social Entrepreneur is the key factors of succeeding in social enterprise and in terms of ability of cultivating the soul of social entrepreneur by education. In Ministry of Employment and Labor,since 2008, started run short-term training courses to produce social entrepreneurs. It was been investigated that in Social Entrepreneur Academy followed the standard curriculum and training hours by Ministry of Employment and Labor. However, the difference of gap between the agencies’ assigned hours and course’s deviation is huge. Especially, realistic training had more assigned hours than the standards, but the areas of marketing, financial, and strategic management had less amount of time compared to the realistic training. From course operating of AHP (Analytic hierarchy Process) survey of different areas of curriculum of importance and priorities, in relatively, areas of social enterprise understanding was the 1st, strategic business was 2nd, financial was 3rd, and realistic training was 8th. Since, agencies’ operatings that us has huge gap between the o peratings that us and the survey which has done by expert. It is necessary to improve the curriculum.
