여가활동은 청소년의 문화적, 사회적, 정서적, 신체적, 인지적 성장에 긍정적으로 기여한다는 점에서 중요성을 가진다. 청소년들의 삶의 질을 향상시키고, 행복한 삶을 가질 수 있게 하려며 스트레스를 감소시키는 것이 중요하다. 이런 측면에서 여가활동은 효과적이라고 할 수 있다. 청소년 여가활동이 일상에서 지속적이고 자발적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 지리적 특성과 여가시설의 접근성이 매주 중요하다. 때문에 프랑스 사회는 공공문화서비스를 통해서 청소년의 여가활동을 지원하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 일-드-프랑스의 청소년의 여가활동 실태를 파악하고 파리와 파리 외곽의 청소년들의 여가활동 특성에 대해서 알아봤다. 그리고 프랑스 정부의 청소년 여가활동 증진을 위한 노력을 사회적 리터러시 측면에서 의의를 알아보고자 했다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년들이 여가활동을 결정하는 것에 있어서 개인적인 선호의 영향력이 크다. 둘째, 청소년 여가활동에 대한 긍정적 인식은 여가활동 증진에 긍정적 영향을 끼친다. 셋째, 청소년 여가활동은 활동 증진을 위한 사회적 리터러시 교육의 영향력이 크다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 위와 같은 연구결과가 가진 함의에 대해 논의하고, 향후 사회적 리터러시와 관련된 연구가 더욱 다양한 차원에서 이루어질 필요가 있다는 것을 제언하였다.
Abstract
The Leisure activities are important in that they contribute positively to the cultural, social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth of youth; it is important to improve the quality of life of youth, to be able to have a happy life, and to reduce stress; in this respect, leisure activities can be said to be effective. The french youth leisure activities are greatly influenced by the geographical characteristics and accessibility of leisure facilities. First,the influence of personal preferences is great in determining leisure activities for youth. Second,a positive perception of youth leisure activities has a positive effect on the promotion of leisure activities. Third,youth leisure activities have a great influence on social literacy education to promote activities. This study discusses the implications of the above findings and suggests that future social literacy-related studies need to be conducted on a more diverse level.
