기간통신사업의 소유 규제에 관한 연구

Abstract

The Telecommunication Business Act prescribes the ownership regulations on the main telecommunication provider. According to the Act, the Government, foreigners and so on are subject to such ownership regulations. The rationale for the regulations is that the main telecommunication industry observe the requirement of public interests such as universal service, indispensable service, efficiency and competition. This paper deals with the interpretation and reform of those provisions. It is suggested that some provisions of the Telecommunication Business Act needs to be reformed because of their unreasonableness.
