중국의 거시경제 관리 방식과 정책 효율성 연구

Abstract

In 2004, the Chinese government took some administrative measures to curb overinvestment in its economy. Officially, China's leadership emphasized that they will depend upon monetary and financial policies(of market economy) to control its macroeconomic overheating. In reality, nevertheless, they have to rely heavily on traditional mandatary directives to cut off financial credit and investment projects. As a result, China could manage to retain its GDP growth rate within 10%. Some China's scholars argue that their country is mature enough to make its economy to adjust well for macroeconomic turbulences. Conclusions of the paper suggest that, however, China needs to induce some fundamental reform measures in its macroeconomic management system to stabilize cyclical fluctuation of its economy.
