· 연구 주제: 본 연구의 목적은 최근 30년간 ‘노인요양시설’에 대한 언론기사를 분석하여 시기별(1990년대, 2000년대, 2010년대)로 언론기사 빈도, 키워드 트렌드, 연관어, 관계어에 있어 차이가 있는지 분석하는 것이다. · 연구 배경: 평균수명 연장 및 노인돌봄에 대한 사회적 지원에 대한 중요성이 강조되는 현시점에 노인요양시설과 관련한 사회적 이슈를 탐색함으로써 향후 개선 방향성을 모색하고자 하였다. · 선행연구와의 차이점: 선행연구들은 모집단의 일부를 선택 표집하여 연구가 이루어진 반면, 본 연구는 빅데이터를 활용하여 분석하였다. · 연구방법: 국내 최대 기사 DB에 빅데이터 기술을 접목한 뉴스 분석 서비스인 빅카인즈를 활용하여 빈도 및 키워드 트렌드 분석, 연관어 분석, 관계도 분석을 하였다. · 연구결과: 첫째, ‘노인요양시설’ 관련 언론기사 건수는 2,578건으로, 1990년대에 비해 2010년대에 30배 이상 증가하였으며, 관련 정부 부처와 기관, 코로나19, 이용자인 노인의 건강과 인권보호, 안전한 생활환경 등과 관련된 키워드가 기사에 나타났다. 둘째, 1990년대, 2000년대, 2010년대 ‘노인요양시설’ 관련 기사의 빈도, 키워드 트렌드, 연관어, 관계도에 있어 차이가 나타났다. · 공헌점 및 기대효과: 빅데이터를 통해 시기별 나타난 노인요양시설과 관련된 사고와 어려움, 현행 제도 등을 파악함으로써 노인요양시설과 관련된 정책 및 제도 개선에 있어 도움이 되는 기초자료를 제공하였다.
Abstract
· Research topics: The purpose of this study is to analyze media articles about 'Aged Care Facility' for the past 30 years, and to analyze if there is a difference in the frequency and keyword trends, related words, and relationship diagram of media articles by period (1990s, 2000s, 2010s). · Research background: At this time when the importance of social support for the extension of life expectancy and care for the elderly is being emphasized, I tried to find a direction for improvement by exploring social issues related to aged care facilities. · Differences from prior research: While previous studies were conducted by selectively sampling a part of the population, this study analyzed using big data. · Research method: Using BIGKinds, a news analysis service that combines big data technology with the largest article database in Korea, frequency and keyword trend analysis, related word analysis, and relationship diagram analysis were conducted. · Research results: First, the number of media articles related to 'Aged Care Facility' was 2,578, an increase of more than 30 times in the 2010s compared to the 1990s. Second, there were differences in the frequency of articles, keyword trends, related words, and relationship diagram related to 'Aged Care Facility' by period. · Contribution points and expected effects: Through big data, this study provided basic data to help improve policies and systems related to Aged Care Facility for the elderly.
