· 연구 주제: 노인 다감각 인지훈련 프로그램을 개발하고 효과성을 검증하였다. · 연구 배경: 일반노인들에게 쉽고 간편하게 접근할 수 있는 인지훈련 프로그램이 매우 미흡하기에, 다감각 인지훈련 프로그램 개발을 통하여, 노인들의 인지기능 증진과 치매예방을 통한 삶의 질 향상을 도모하고자 한다. · 선행연구와의 차이점: 선행연구는 인지장애가 있는 노인 및 치매노인을 대상으로 한 인지훈련 프로그램이 주를 이루고 있으나 본 연구는 노인복지관을 이용하는 일반노인을 대상으로 다감각 인지훈련 프로그램을 개발하여 그 효과성을 검증하였다. · 연구방법: 본 연구는 2023년 7월 10일~9월 25일까지 청주시 G노인복지관을 이용하는 두 개 집단 총 30명을 대상으로 매주 2회 총 20회 태블릿 pc를 활용한 다감각 인지훈련 프로그램을 진행하였다. · 연구결과: 다감각 인지훈련 프로그램 전․후 인지기능 차이는 전체영역, 순서개념, 기억력, 문제해결, 추상적 사고 등의 영역에서 프로그램을 진행하기 전보다 후에 인지기능 향상 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. · 공헌점 및 기대효과: 일반노인들을 대상으로 한 새로운 다감각 인지훈련 프로그램 개발․검증을 통하여 노인들의 인지기능 증진과 치매예방을 위한 기초자료를 제공하였다.
Abstract
· Research topics: The multisensory cognitive training program for the elderly was developed and its effectiveness was verified. · Research background: Since the cognitive training program that can be easily and easily accessed by the general elderly is very insufficient, the purpose of this study is to improve the quality of life by improving the cognitive function of the elderly and preventing dementia through the development of multi-sensory cognitive training program. · Differences from prior research: Previous studies mainly focused on cognitive training programs for the elderly with cognitive impairment and the elderly with dementia, but this study developed a multisensory cognitive training program for the general elderly using the senior welfare center and verified its effectiveness. · Research method: In this study, a multi-sensory cognitive training program using tablet PC was conducted twice a week for a total of 30 people in two groups using G Senior Welfare Center in Cheongju City from July 10 to September 25, 2023. · Research results: The difference in cognitive function before and after the multi-sensory cognitive training program was found to be more effective in improving cognitive function after the program than before the program in the whole area, order concept, memory, problem solving, and abstract thinking. · Contribution points and expected effects: Through the development and verification of a new multisensory cognitive training program for the general elderly, basic data for the improvement of cognitive function and prevention of dementia of the elderly were provided.
