이 글은 룩셈부르크의 정치경제이론을 체계적으로 살펴보고 마르크스 정치경제이론과의 연관성을 밝힘으로써, 룩셈부르크가 마르크스를 어떻게 비판적으로 수용해 제국주의 이론을 발전시켰는지를 파악하는 데 목적이 있다. 룩셈부르크는, 마르크스와 동일하게, 축적 운동을 해야만 하는 자본 자체의 본질로부터 제국주의를 도출했다. 더 나아가 룩셈부르크는 마르크스가 『자본』 2권에서 보여준 확대재생산 모형은 더이상 자본주의적 축적이 불가능한 자본의 축적 운동의 종착점을 의미한다는결론에 도달했다.
Abstract
This paper systematically examines how Luxemburg developed a theory of imperialism by revealing the connection with Marx’s political-economic theories. Luxemburg, like Marx, conceptualized imperialism from the very nature of capital itself, which had to do the circuit of capital accumuatlion. Furthermore, Luxemburg concluded that Marx’s expanded reproduction model from the second volume of Das Kapital meant the end of the capital accumulation circuit, when capital accumulation was no longer possible.
