교사 신념 측정도구 개발 및 타당성 분석

본 연구는 현직 교사들이 교직을 수행하는데 기준이 될 것으로 사료되는 교사 신념의 요소를 규명하고, 교사 신념을 보다 타당하고 객관적으로 측정하는 방법을 모색하고자 하였다. 교사 신념은 교육 현장에서 교사 자신 뿐 아니라 학습자와의 관계를 통해서 학생들에게 많은 영향을 미칠 것으로 고려되는 요인이기도 하다. 본 연구를 통해서 규명된 교사 신념은 교수학습관, 학습자관, ICT 활용관 그리고 교과관이 하나의 구인으로 결정되어 총 4개의 구인이다. 교수학습관 총 13문항, 학습자관 10문항, 교과관이 7문항, ICT 활용관은 6문항 등이다. 이들 구인들의 내적 일치성 신뢰도는 각각 .919, .905, .885, .857 등으로 교사 신념을 측정하는데 신뢰할만한 도구이다.
Abstract
The study was intended to identify the factors of teacher beliefs thought to be the basis in performing teaching, and seek for the method to measure the belief in more objective and feasible ways. Teachers' belief is considered to have considerable influence on both teachers themselves and students through teacherｰlearner relation in the education field. Teachers' belief identified in this study were composed of a total of 4 factors; view of teachingｰlearning, view of learner, view of ICT utilization, and view of teaching profession and subjectｰmatter. The questionnaire was composed of 13 questions for the view of teachingｰlearning, 10 questions for the view of learning, 10 questions for the view of teaching profession and subjectｰmatter, and 7 questions for the view of ICT utilization. Reliability of internal consistency of these factors was 0.919, 0.905, 0.884, 0.842, respectively, which was found reliable in measuring teachers' belief.
