대학생이 지각한 아버지 특성과 대인불안, 진로탐색 자기효능감, 진로탐색행동 간 경로분석

초록

본 연구는 우리나라 대학생이 지각한 아버지 특성이 대인불안, 진로탐색 자기효능감, 진로탐색행동에 관계가 있는지 알아보기 위해 경로분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 위해 13개 대학, 1,248명의 자료를 수집하여 SPSS 15.0과 AMOS 7.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 성취강요성은 대학생 자녀의 대인불안과 진로탐색행동에 직접적인 정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 무관심성은 대학생 자녀의 대인불안과 직접적으로 정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 진로탐색 자기효능감과 진로탐색행동에 간접적인 부적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 멘토성는 대학생 자녀의 대인불안에 직접적인 부적인 관계가 있고, 진로탐색 자기효능감에 직․간접적인 정적인 관계가 있으며, 진로탐색행동에 간접적으로 정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대인불안은 대학생 자녀의 진로탐색 자기효능감과 직접적인 부적인 관계가 있고, 진로탐색행동에 간접적인 부적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 진로탐색 자기효능감은 진로탐색행동에 직접적인 정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 아버지의 일상적인 행동, 태도, 가치관, 규범 등의 특성이 자녀의 심리적인 문제와 진로발달 변인들과 관계가 있음이 확인되었다. 분석결과에 대해 선행연구와 관련하여 아버지 특성이 진로상담에 어떻게 적용할 수 있는 지에 대해 논의하고, 연구의 한계 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

Abstract

This study proved what a father's trait is being proved reciprocal to their offspring's psychological problem and the career development. In order to verify the type of structure in relation to variation factors, we used SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 7.0 to analyze the father's trait, Social Avoidance and Distress Scale, Career Research Self-efficacy, Career Exploration Behavior Scale. It was verified with the collection of 1,248 materials from 13 colleges. First, from the result, the desire of achievement proved to be directly related to social anxiety and career-search behavior. Second, the father's indifference has a direct relation to the social anxiety of his son in college. Third, the nature of mentoring has a direct negative relation to the social anxiety of their offspring in college. Also it has a direct and indirect relation to career-search self-efficacy. The fourth, social anxiety has a direct negative relation to career research self-efficacy in college students. Fifth, it shows that career research self-efficacy has a direct relation to career-search behavior. This study discussed the findings with the precedent study and mentioned the meaning and the limit of the study as well as suggestions for the follow-up study.
