초록

본 연구에서는 대학 4학년 학생들의 진로탐색행동에 영향을 미치는 변인들간의 관계를 검증하였다. 여기서 검증한 변인은 부모로부터 심리적 독립, 부모와의 애착, 가족의 사회적 지지, 합리적 진로의사결정, 진로결정 효능감, 그리고 진로탐색 행동이다. 연구대상자는 진로미결정수준이 높은 222명의 대학생들로 구성되었으며, AMOS를 이용한 공변량구조분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모로부터 심리적 독립이 진로탐색행동에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 진로결정 효능감이 부모와의 애착과 가족의 사회적 지지와 진로탐색행동과의 관계에서 매개 효과를 보이고 있다.

Abstract

This study was conducted in order to verify variable relationships which affected senior college student's career exploratory behavior (CEB). The variables were psychological separation from parents, attachment to parents and family's social support, rational career decision making and career decision making self-efficacy, and CEB. The subjects of this study consisted of 222 college students who have high score in career indecision level. The covariance structure analysis was carried out using AMOS in order to investigate variable relationships which affected the students' CEB. The results of the study are as follows: First, psychological separation from parents showed a direct influence affecting the student's CEB negatively. Second, there were significant mediating effects by career decision self-efficacy between attachment to parents and family's social support to CEB.
