국내 ADHD 청소년 상담개입 성과 연구의 동향과 향후 과제

초록

본 연구는 국내의 ADHD 청소년의 상담 개입에 대한 성과 연구의 동향을 살펴봄으로써, 향후 상담개입 성과연구의 방향을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 본 연구는 2010년부터 2017년까지 출판된 상담 개입 성과 논문 중 학술지와 학위논문 22편을 대상으로 일반 현황, 개입양식별 성과변인, 성과변인 측정도구의 활용 동향을 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 일반현황에서 연도별로 2014년에 가장 많은 6편(27.3%)의 논문이 출간됐으며, 연구 설계는 무선배치 두 집단 이상 사전사후 설계(40.9%), 학회지는 심리 및 상담 관련 학회(26.7%), 성별은 남학생(77.7%), 학교 급은 중학생(66.7%), 약물복용 제시여부는 무선배치 두 집단 이상 사전사후 설계에서 미제시(88.9%), 개입기간은 10회기 이하(33.3%), 추수분석은 미분석(68.2%)이 가장 높게 나타났다. 개입양식별 현황은 인지행동 개입만 2015년 이후 출간된 연구가 없었으며, 개입기간은 10회기 이하로 다른 개입에 비해 짧은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상담개입 양식에 따른 성과변인의 동향을 살펴본 결과, 인지행동치료는 1차 주요증상과 학업영역이 각 4건(33.3%), 예술치료는 1차 주요증상 9건(64.3%), 신체활동은 1차 주요증상 6건(40.0%), 문제행동 및 자기개념 각 3건(20.0%), 기타개입은 1차 주요증상 6건(50.0%), 진단 및 기능 3건(25.0%) 순이었다. 셋째, 성과변인 측정도구의 활용 동향은 1차 주요증상을 측정하기 위해 Conners(1997, 1969) 의 청소년 자기보고 척도-단축형과 교사용 평가 척도가, 2차 생활기능을 측정하기 위해 Achenbach(1991)의 아동․청소년 행동평가 척도가 가장 많이 사용된 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 본 연구의 결과에 기초하여 상담 개입 성과의 연구 방향에 대한 논의를 하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to suggest the direction of future research by analyzing the trends of research about counseling intervention outcomes for ADHD adolescents in Korea. We analyzed the general information and the trends in the use of outcome variables by intervention modes and outcome variable measurements with 22 interdisciplinary intervention outcome research papers(journals and thesis for a degree) published from 2010 to 2017. First, the results showed in the general status that the largest number of articles (27.3%) were published in 2014 by year and the pre–post design (40.9%) of more than two groups by random assignment, the publication of psychology and counseling associations (26.7%), males participants (77.7%), middle school students (66.7%), unreported rates of taking medication in the pre-post design (40.9%) of more than two groups by random assignment (88.9%), intervention periods in less than 10 sessions(33.3%), and none follow-up analysis (68.2%) were the highest respectively. Cognitive behavioral interventions have not been published since 2015, and intervention periods were less than 10 sessions and shorter compared to other interventions. Second, the trends of outcome variables according to the counseling intervention mode indicated that the first major symptoms and the academic fields were each 4 cases(33.3%) in the CBT, only the primary symptoms in the art therapies were 9 cases(64.3%). In the physical activities, the primary symptom was 6 cases(40.0%), problem behaviors and self concepts were 3 cases(20.0%). Other interventions were 6 cases of primary symptoms(50.0%) and diagnoses and functions were 3 cases(25.0%), respectively. Third, trends of the use of measurement of outcome variables indicated that self-report scale-short form and the teacher evaluation scale by Conners(1997, 1969) were the most to measure the first major symptom, and CBCL(Child Behavior Checklist) by the Achenbach(1991) were used the most frequently to measure the second life function. Finally, based on the results, the implications for research of counseling intervention outcomes for ADHD adolescents were provided.
