Abstract

Because the domestic automobile tinting regulation law is not able to catch up between regulation strengthening and deregulation, By the right approach on automobile tinting, this study will provide and criminal response in comparison to foreign examples of tinting regulation, moreover, will provide pedestrians(the mobility handicapped) with establishing a transparent and safe traffic culture. therefore, purpose of this study contribute to making a leap forward to traffic advanced countries.
