Although we have good ideas to progress conditions of social environment that provide opportunities criminal acts, we can’t prevent crime acts without Community partnership. This is the purpose of “Crime and Disorder Act, 1998” in British. Korea Police Agency(KPA) ordered all of Local Police Agencies(LPA) and Police Stations(PS) to make CPTED Community Partnership with local governments, councils, architect associations or companies and so on in 2007, but only some of those made partnerships and took a meeting till now. I think that the main reasons which didn’t more keep on partnerships are lack of operations guideline about CPTED Partnership. So I started this study. I proposed some ways of the structure and operations of CPTED Community Partnership through this study. First, the partnership must involve related agencies, civilizations and associations(e. g. constructions, architect, etc.). Secondly, it needs procedures of operating, which are proceeded to next steps one by one. Finally, I suggested concrete contents and four steps of operating partnership. I wish that this study would be a guideline of CPTED Community Partnership, which could be applied as procedure of CPTED in Korea. CPTED Community Partnership is only one of many parts in CPTED implementation. In the future, the others parts, for example Law, Institution and Education about CPTED, must be studied.
