초록

본 연구의 목적은 레빈슨 사이코패시 자기보고 검사의 타당화이다. 이를 위해 요인구조, 측정동일성, 문항난이도, 차별기능문항을 탐색하였다. 첫째, 탐색적 요인분석 및 탐색적 구조방정식 모형을 기반으로 LSRP의 요인구조를 탐색하였다. 그 결과, ‘물질만능주의’, ‘이기주의’. ‘냉담성’, ‘충동성’으로 4요인 구조를 최종적으로 선정하였다. 둘째, 다집단 확인적 요인분석(남성 vs. 여성)을 실시했으며 그 결과 LSRP 4요인 구조에 대한 형태동일성과 부분측정단위동일성이 확보되었다. 셋째, Rasch 모형을 적용한 결과 일차원성과 4점 리커트 척도가 적절함을 확인하였다. 피험자x문항 분포 탐색 결과 LSRP의 각 문항은 전반적으로 피험자의 능력수준에 적절하게 대응하는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 능력수준이 매우 낮은 피험자는 측정하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 문항적합도 검증을 실시한 결과 2개 문항을 제외한 모든 문항의 적합도 지수가 적절한 것으로 확인되었으며 분리지수 및 신뢰도 또한 적절한 것으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 성별에 따른 차별기능문항은 존재하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 국외에서 사용 중인 LSRP를 다양한 방법으로 타당화하여 엄격한 수준의 요인구조를 제시하였다. 따라서 LSRP가 국내에서 성별과 관계없이 사용할 수 있는 사이코패시 측정도구로써 활용되기에 적절함을 밝혔다는 데에 의의를 가진다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factor structure of The Levenson Self-Report Psychopathy Scale(LSRP), gender difference, item’s discrimination, and differential item function(DIF). First, based on exploratory factor analysis and exploratory structural equation model(ESEM), the factor structure of LSRP was searched. As a result, the four-factor model consisting of ‘materialism’, ‘egocentrism’, ‘callousness’, and ‘impulsivity’ was finally selected. Second, multi-group(male vs. female) confirmatory factor analysis was conducted, and finally configural invariance and metric invariance identity of the LSRP four-factor model were identified. Third, a rating scale model(Rasch) was performed, and unidimensionality for the four LSRP factors was also found as well as the four-point Likert scale was appropriate. In the item×persons map, LSRP's items generally responded appropriately to the person's ability level, but could not reflect persons with a very low ability level. In addition, by exploring the suitability of the items, one item with an inappropriate coherence index was identified, and the validity of LSRP was verified through the search for the separation index and reliability search. Finally, the differential item function(DIF) was not found between male and female group. This study significantly showed that LSRP has a robust evidence-based measurement that could be used regardless of gender in Korea.
