초록

본 연구는 청소년 사이코패시 특성을 측정하는 척도인 YPI(Youth Psychopathic traits Inventory) 척도를 국내 타당화하기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위해 전국 만 15세~18세 일반 청소년 400명을 대상으로 척도를 번안하여 실시한 후 확인적 요인분석(CFA)을 실시하였다. 준거 타당도를 검증하기 위하여 APSD(Antisocial Process Screening Device) 척도와 ICU(Inventory of Callous-Unemotional traits) 척도를 준거 척도로 사용하였다. 또한 Rasch 모형을 적용하여 문항범주와 문항 적합도 등을 검증하였다. 분석 결과는 첫째, 척도 개발 당시 10개 하위요인을 문항 간 상관을 통해 확인하였고, 하위요인으로 요인분석을 실시한 결과 3요인 모형이 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 각각의 요인은 ‘대인’ 요인, ‘정서’ 요인, ‘행동’ 요인으로 명명하였다. 둘째, YPI와 ICU, APSD 간에 중간에서 높은 수준의 유의미한 상관을 보였다. 셋째, Rasch 모형을 적용한 결과, 응답범주는 4점 척도가 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 피험자 능력 수준에 문항 분포가 적절하게 대응하는 것으로 나타났으나 능력 수준이 매우 낮은 피험자는 측정하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 문항적합도 지수는 한 개의 문항을 제외하고 대체로 적절한 것으로 나타났으며 분리지수와 신뢰도 역시 양호한 수준에서 우수한 수준의 결과가 나타났다. 기존에 YPI 타당화 연구는 시간이 오래되었고 고전적 요인분석에 근거하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 최신 통계적 기법을 사용해 타당화 하였다는 데 의의를 가진다. 마지막으로 추후 연구를 위한 방향과 연구의 제한점을 논의하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factor structure of The Youth Psychopathic traits Inventory(YPI) in Korea. For this, 400 adolescents aged 15 to 18 in community sample were recruited from a total 17 regions in Korea. Then we conducted confirmatory factor analyses(CFA) for revealed factor structure of YPI. In order to analyze the correlation between other youth psychopathic scales, APSD (Antisocial Process Screening Device) and ICU(Inventory of Callous-Unemotional traits) were used as reference scales. Also, a rating scale model(Rasch) was performed. The results are as follows. First, 10 subscales were constructed and three factor structure(‘interpersonal’, ‘affective’, ‘behavioral’) were extracted as expected. Second, the relationship between YPI, APSD, and ICU showed some significant correlation. Third, a rating scale model results showed the four-point Likert scale was appropriate and unidimensionality for the three YPI factors was found. In the item×persons map, YPI’s items generally responded appropriately to the person’s ability level, but could not reflect persons with very low ability level. Also, by Exploring the suitability of the items, one item with an inappropriate coherence index was identified. Then, the validity of YPI was verified through the search the separation index and reliability search. Finally, we discussed the direction for future research and the limitations of the study.
