청소년을 대상으로 한 반사회적 성격 평가 척도 APSD(Antisocial Process Screening Device) 타당화 연구: 문항반응이론을 중심으로

초록

본 연구는 이전에 타당화 된 반사회적 성격 평가 척도(Antisocial Process Screening Device; 이하 APSD)를 재타당화 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 국내의 만 15세에서 18세 일반 청소년 400명(남,여 각각 200명)을 대상으로 진행하였다. 탐색적 요인분석(EFA)을 실시하여 APSD의 요인구조를 알아보았다. 그 후 차별기능문항(Differential Item Function; 이하 DIF) 분석을 통하여 성별 간 다르게 기능하는 문항을 알아보고자 하였다. 마지막으로 문항반응이론(Item Response Theory; 이하 IRT) 분석을 통하여 APSD의 요인 별 문항 기능을 점검하고자 하였다. 그 결과 APSD는 4요인 구조로 나타났다. 요인 1은 ‘조종(Ma)’ 요인, 요인 2는 ‘반사회성(Ant)’ 요인, 요인 3은 ‘자기애(Nar)’ 요인, 요인 4는 ‘무기력(Leth)’ 요인으로 구성되었다. 총 20문항 중 세 문항(3번, 18번, 20번)이 제외되었고, 17문항이 각 요인에 적재되었다. APSD 전체와 4개의 하위척도의 Cronbach’s α는 .748, .682, .651, .578, .538로 나타났다. 각 요인의 변별도는 ‘조종(Ma)’ 요인이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 ‘반사회성(Ant)’, ‘자기애(Nar)’, ‘무기력(Leth)’ 순서로 나타났다. 심각도(난이도)의 경우 역시 ‘조종(Ma)’ 요인이 가장 높았다. 다음으로 ‘자기애(Nar)’, ‘반사회성(Ant)’, ‘무기력(Leth)’ 순으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 성별에 따른 차별기능 문항은 17번(“미리 계획을 세우지 않고, 최대한 마지막 순간까지 일을 미룬다.”)이 여성에게 유리한 문항으로 나타났다. 17번 문항은 여성이 더 좋은 점수를 받는 문항으로 여성을 대상으로 해석 시에 유의할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 국내에서 한 번 타당화 되었던 APSD의 요인구조를 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 새롭게 밝히고 문항반응이론을 통하여 요인 별 및 성별 간 문항 비교를 한 것에 의의를 가진다. 마지막으로 논의에 본 연구의 제한점과 향후 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factor structure of The Antisocial Process Screening Device(APSD) in Korea. For this, 400 adolescents aged 15 to 18 on community sample were recruited from a total 17 regions in Korea. First, we conducted Exploratory factor analyses(EFA) for revealed factor structure of APSD. As a result, the four factor model consisting of ‘Manipulation(Ma)’, ‘Antisociality(Ant)’, ‘Narcissism(Nar)’, ‘Lethargy(Leth)’ was finally selected. Second, we conduct item response analysis of The APSD’s Four factor and 17 items. IRT with a graded response model was utilized to analyze factors of APSD. We find that the highest slope of APSD is ‘Ma’. Also, ‘Leth’ factor of APSD is the poorly informative. Third, we conduct the differential item function(DIF) that compare between male and female group. Then we find DIF in item 17(“Does not plan ahead.”). Item 17 is in advantage of female. Finally, we discussed the limitations and direction for future research of this study.
