Abstract
Han, Song Hwa. 2005. A study on intermediate Korean grammar. Teaching Korean as a Foreign Language, 30, 227～264. In this article, we have established intermediateⅡ Korean grammar in KLI. We have defined it as : complicated meanings and usages or functions of grammatical items, complicated grammatical items morphologically. IntermediateⅡ learners should learn various modality-a grammatical means by which interpersonal meaning can be conveyed understanding of speaker's intending. And we have presented a list of grammatical items and function of intermediateⅡ Korean grammar as ; compounding words using suffix or compounding rules, varying the message using modals, varying the order and suggestion using modals or verbs, expressing time and aspect, various reporting what people say or think, various clause -time clauses, conditional clauses, purpose clauses, reason clauses, result clauses etc. (Yonsei University)
